Customers providing artwork must provide proper and compatible files in either vector or rastor format. Artwork can be emailed to email@example.com
Non customized items are shipped within 2 business days.
Customized items are usually shipped the next day of the last day of the processing time mentioned on the invoice.
Delays on delivery does not ensure a refund of the order.
ORDER CHANGE POLICY:
Any order that is being changed after payment is received is subject to a price change and an “Order Change Fee” of 10% of the initial invoice.
Wholesale and retail orders: Returns are accepted for all non customized items 2 days after the customer receives the order. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The refund will be sent after receiving the returned item using the same payment method and account. %15 restocking fee and initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Custom orders: Since embroidery and printing are completely custom, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for the items if the blank products are materially flawed (tears, holes, etc.). Due to the varying degree of monitor settings, the colors shown on your screen MAY NOT MATCH the actual ink colors on the garment. This guide should be used for an approximate reference only. Clothing Line Kickoff is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the printed ink or thread colors. For orders lower than 50 pieces per garment size per design per color, the size of the image to print will not vary with size of the garment and will be the proportion of the mock up on the Medium size of the garments.
Clothing Line Kickoff reserves the right for up to 3% damage allowance per order/job number on customers supplied shirts. For example, customer supplies 100 shirts, we reserve protection of up to 3% (3 shirts) damage allowance. Clothing Line Kickoff will not be liable to replace nor reimburse the 3% (3 shirts) damaged back to customer. If more than 3% of the items are damages ore have mistakes, Clothing Line Kickoff will not refund the order but replace the damaged items with the process time similar to the initial order, after the defective items are returned to our facility.
Clothing Line Kickoff orders process time do not includes holidays and weekends.
