I have a design I need made. What is the process?
Send us the details of your design through the quote request tab. We'll work on the cost and send you the pricing within 2-5 business days. Once you are ready to move forward, email us back and we'll send you an invoice!
What payment methods do you accept?
Once you are ready to place your order, we'll email you an invoice with a alink to securely pay with your debit/credit card. You can also pay via CashApp.
What are your payment terms?
We need 100% upfront.
I've paid for my order. What's next?
We'll receive your payment within 2-3 business days. Once your payment clears, we'll start working on your order details, preparing the files and fabric. We'll send you a tech pack for approval before starting production. Once everything is confirmed, we'll start the production process. We'll keep you updated and we'll send you pictures to approve each step of the production (fabric, logos, embroidery, prints, etc).
When will my order ship?
Our average production time is currently 4-6 weeks. Everything we do is made from scratch, cut and sew. We need time to prepare the logo files and patterns, and source the best quality materials for your order. We value the quality of our work, and are currently not offering rush services.
How do you ship?
We ship with Fedex 2-5 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to any country.
What is your return policy?
